Best Homemade Protein Bars (Pb + Chocolate)
Ingredients
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted*
  • 1 cup all-natural peanut butter, drippy*
  • 1.5 cups ground oat flour
  • ⅓ cup  honey
  • 1 teaspoon  vanilla extract
  • ½ cup  vanilla protein powder (we used whey)
  • pinch of  salt
  • ¼ cup water (or more depending on how thick your batter is)

  • ¾ cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • coarse sea salt, to taste
