  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Fennel seeds - 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Fenugreek seeds - ¼ teaspoon
  • Nigella seeds - ½ teaspoon
  • dried whole red chili - 2 (broken)
  • Oil - 4 tablespoons
