My yummy stuffed mushrooms

Servings: 1 for a snack, 2 for a meal

Ingredients
  • Portabello cup mushroom
  • Sea Salt
  • Ham or bacon
  • Crushed garlic
  • Cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato sliced
Steps
  1. Prepare mushroom by wiping skin with a damp paper towel
  2. Remove stem, chop and return to the cup
  3. Season the mushroom with the salt
  4. Roughly chop ham or bacon and place into the cup
  5. Smear all with garlic
  6. Add cheddar cheese
  7. Top with a little mozzarella cheese
  8. Slice some tomato and place on top
  9. Bake in 180 degree fan forced oven for approx 15 minutes
