  • 450 g pumpkin puree
  • 60 g powdered gelatine
  • 120 ml hot water
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, plus extra for greasing
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Sea salt
  • subheading: PALEO BUNS (MAKES 8):
  • 300 g (3 cups) almond meal
  • 55 g (heaped ½ cup) psyllium husks
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon bicarbonate of soda
  • ½teaspoon sea salt
  • 80 ml („ cup) apple cider vinegar
  • 2teaspoons honey
  • 375 ml (1 ½ cups) boiling water
  • 6 egg whites, whisked
  • Sesame seeds, for sprinkling
  • 1 egg
  • subheading: TOMATO KETCHUP (MAKES ABOUT 300G):
  • 180 g tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of ground cloves
