  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes chopped
  • ½ small Red Onion diced (½ cup)
  • ½ cup Fresh Parsley chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar or other flavored vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup or other liquid sweetener
