Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients
  • - 1 can tomato paste
  • - 1 can diced tomatoes
  • - 1 cup water
  • - ½ large onion
  • - garlic
  • - 1 tbsp sugar
  • - 1 scant tbsp oregano
  • - bay leaf
  • - italian seasoning
  • - salt and pepper
  • - ½ lb ground beef
  • - 1 scant tbsp oregano
  • - ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • - 1 egg
  • - salt and pepper
Steps
  1. Blend everything up to the beef for the sauce
  2. Mix everything else and form into meatballs
  3. Cook meatballs in the sauce for 30 to 45m (depending on size) and serve with cooked spaghetti
