Ingredients
- - 1 can tomato paste
- - 1 can diced tomatoes
- - 1 cup water
- - ½ large onion
- - garlic
- - 1 tbsp sugar
- - 1 scant tbsp oregano
- - bay leaf
- - italian seasoning
- - salt and pepper
- - ½ lb ground beef
- - 1 scant tbsp oregano
- - ¼ cup bread crumbs
- - 1 egg
- - salt and pepper
Steps
- Blend everything up to the beef for the sauce
- Mix everything else and form into meatballs
- Cook meatballs in the sauce for 30 to 45m (depending on size) and serve with cooked spaghetti
