Ingredients
  • I have made a few changes over the years to my grandmother's  recipe.  Start with crumbled cornbread and some "white" bread. If you are not making giblet gravy, I would recommend sauteing the celery and season with salt pepper and garlic. Add drippings from turkey and  turkey stock to the celery, continue cooking. Crumble and cook jimmie dean hot sausage. Mix everything together.  Add sage. Add ground coriander or poultry seasoning. Add additional hot turkey stock to get the right consistency. Kind of runny. Then taste to adjust sage, salt, pepper and garlic.  Bake at 400 usually takes about 25 min depending on the consistency that you want.
