Sour Cream Cut Out Cookies
Roll out sugar cookies (yummy!)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 to 4½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
Steps
  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla to butter mixture and mix well.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be very sticky.
  4. Chill dough until firm, at least a couple hours.
  5. Sprinkle flour on the counter and roll out dough ½ inch thick and cut into fun shapes.
  6. Bake at 350° 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are brown and center bounces back when pressed.
  7. Cool completely and frost.
