Pork Souvlaki

Ingredients
  • 1½ lb boneless pork loin cut in 1 inch cubes
  • ¼ C lemon juice
  • 2 garlic gloves minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ C Olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
Steps
  1. 1 place cut up pork in redeemable bag.
  2. 2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over pork and seal bag. Refrigerate for at least an hour or up to 24 hours.
  3. 3. Remove pork from bag but don't pat dry leave wet. Place pork on skewres and place on foil lined baking sheet.  Discard leftover marinade
  4. 4. Broil for 4 to 5 mins per a side about 6 inches from heat until pork reaches 145° temp.
