  • 1 large handful parsley
  • 1 large handful basil
  • 1 large handful chives
  • 1 small handful mint
  • 1 small handful dill
  • 1 small shallot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup creme Fraiche
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sumac

  • Optional garnishes: a heaping handful of greens, radish slices, fresh herbs, and white sesame seeds.
