  • 3 boneless skinless chicken thighs or 2 large breast (I used thighs)
  • 1 sleeve buttery round crackers like Ritz
  • 1 10.5oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 C. chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • ¼ C. Velvetta cheese
  • 1 bag, boil in bad rice
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ C. milk
  • 4 T. butter
