Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 ¼ pounds ground beef
- 2 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon vinegar (most any will do, I’ve used quite a few)
- 1 bag of tater tots, we used McCain Homestyle Baby Cakes
- salt/pepper
