  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ¾ cup sour cream, plus more for serving
  • 12 ounces dried Hungarian or German Egg Noodles or a small short pasta, such as gemelli or cavatelli, cooked, for serving
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
