  • 1½ tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 1½ cups sourdough starter discard, room temperature see Note
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ to 2 cups whole wheat flour
