  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh sage or rosemary leaves
  • 2 tbsp. roughly chopped pistachios
  • 1 c. boiled gnocchi

  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Freshly shaved Pecorino or Parmesan, for serving
