  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, tails removed and cut into large chunks
  • ½ pound cooked crab, optional
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided into 1 cup, 1 cup, and 2 cups)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
