  • chili sauce (such as Huy Fong Garlic Chili Sauce)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • cooked brown rice
  • subheading: For the sauce:
  • 1 ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or any orange juice)
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or San-J tamari for gluten-free option)
  • 4 ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tbsp corn starch
