Slammin Pork Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 c Basmati rice, cooked
  • 1 c diced red and green peppers
  • 1 c diced onions
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 ½ tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 ½ c diced pork roast
  • 2 Tbsp peanut oil (or what you have handy)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ c frozen peas
  • 3 green onions, sliced

  • ¼ c hoisin
  • ¼ c oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic/chili paste
  • 1 ½ tsp sesame oil; dark kind
  • ¼ c soy sauce
