  • 450 g (1 lb) chicken breast, diced
  • 250 g (½ lb) potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 250 g (½ lb) swede, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 500 ml (2 cups) chicken stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour + 4 tablespoons water (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, to garnish
