Condensed Milk Brownies

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

¾ cups dark chocolate chopped

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup white sugar

2 tbsp vanilla

2 eggs room temperature

1 egg yolk room temperature

½ cup flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

subheading: Hot Fudge Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
