Curried Apple, Carrot and WinterSquash/Pumpkin/SweetPotato Soup

  • 4 cups, Broth; Beef, Chicken or Vegetable (PLUS: ¼ to ½ cup if used for saute onion & celery)
  • ½ cup, Plain Greek Yogurt

  • ⅓ cups, Scallions (chopped for garnish) OPTIONAL
