From Isa Does It - substituted Sesame Tofu

Ingredients
  • 6 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup edamame
  •  
  • subheading: For the Tofu:
  • 3 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 14 ounces extra-firm tofu
  •  
  • subheading: For the Miso-Sesame Dressing:
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons miso
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons light agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  •  
  • subheading: For the Garnish:
  • Sliced scallions
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • fresh cilantro
Steps
  1. Prep for the salad
  2. Toss cabbage, edamame, and salad dressing to coat well, let the salad marinade.
  3. Prep for the tofu
  4. Drunk the tofu in the oil and tamari.
  5. Grill or broil in the oven.
  6. Prep for the dressing
  7. Blend all ingredients and store for up to 5 days.
