Gluten-Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free flour blend, like King Arthur Measure For Measure
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ½ cup melted & cooled coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed (light or dark, whatever you prefer)
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling, just plain pumpkin!)
  • ⅔ cup chocolate chips, like Enjoy Life
