  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced or chopped
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1⁄2 cup red wine
  • 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1⁄4 Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
