Orange Pork Chops
Ingredients
  • Pork Chops coated in flour, salt, pepper
  • Sauce: 1T brown sugar
  • ⅛ t ginger
  • 1 c orange juice
  • Grated orange rind
Steps
  1. Fry pork chops till browned in oil.  Layer in casserole dish.  Pour sauce over and bake 350* for 25 minutes
  2. Serve with orange sections
