Cast Iron Peach Crostata

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
  • ⅓ cup water
