  • 4 skinless bone-in chicken thighs
  • 3 makrut lime leaves optional
  • Assorted vegetables I used 1 red bell pepper, 2 sliced carrots, and 1 12-ounce package of frozen green beans
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ cup julienned fresh basil optional
