Ingredients
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans green beans or 2 cups no starchy mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 (10.75 oz) tomato soup, condensed
  • 20 oz. refrigerated or homemade mashed potatoes
  • 12 oz.  96 % lean ground beef or you can use ground turkey  ( I use Laura’s 96% Lean Ground Sirloin
  • ¾ cup light cheddar cheese ( I use Velvetta shreds or Trader Joe’s 3 lite cheese blend)
