Shumai Recipe (Shrimp & Pork Dumplings 燒賣)
Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon sugar

  • ¾ stalk green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 slices ginger, grated
  • 1 to 2 dried shiitake mushrooms, re-hydrated and finely chopped (see tips)
  • 20 to 24 wonton wrappers, round
