Ingredients
  • 10 8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 28 oz can green enchilada sauce
  • I 8 oz can green chilies
  • 2 pounds of shredded pork
  • 8 oz Mexican cheese blend
  • Salt and pepper as needed
Steps
  1. Prepare the shredded pork
  2. Add green chilies to green sauce
  3. Mix ⅔ sauce to pork mixture
  4. Scoop pork into flour tortillas rolling them tight and making sure you have enough for 10 enchiladas placing them in a casserole dish coated with ½ cup sauce.
  5. Cover with leftover sauce and cheese
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
