Spicy Refried Pinto Beans (Oil-Free, Vegan, Fat-Free)
Ingredients
  • 2 15.5oz cans of no salt added pinto beans (1 can drained/left whole + 1 can pureed with liquid)
  • 3 Tbsp salsa
  • 1 Tbsp mushroom powder (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (OPTIONAL - leave out if you don’t want it spicy)
  • salt to taste (OPTIONAL)
