Black Bean and Veggie Burritos

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • ⅓ cup red onion, diced (about ⅓ of a large onion)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
