  • ½ cup 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen*
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 to 3 tbsp pure maple syrup, to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
