Chickpea Blondies @emmanicolehealth
Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • a splash of nut milk
  • chocolate chips + oats to mix in and top
Steps
  1. preheat oven to 350F. add everything to a blender except the chocolate chips and blend. mix in the chocolate chips and oats. bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
