  • 1 tbsp mellow white miso
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 to 2 peeled garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ C finely chopped fresh parsley, as garnish
