Trim Healthy Mama Style Dirt-E Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked according to directions
  • 1.5 to 2 pounds very lean ground turkey
  • 1 15-ounce can red beans, drained
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • ½ small white onion
  • 4 to 5 celery stalks
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ⅛ cup dried parsely
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning, we really like Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
