Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and dried thoroughly
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar or stevia
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine chickpeas, cinnamon and sugar of choice.
  4. Spread evenly oon the baking sheet.
  5. Bake 30 to 40minutes, tossing them in pan every 10 minutes or so.
  6. Turn off oven, leave door open slightly, and allow them to continue use drying as oven cools.
