Ingredients

  • 5 chicken drumsticks
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste

  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 2 cups butternut squash peeled & diced
  • note: (Sub carrots and mushrooms maybe radishes for potatoes and squash)*
  • 1 large shallot peeled and chopped or *large slices of onion*
  • 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil to taste, divided
  • 2 cups green beans trimmed
