5-Minute Healthy Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (I used 2% fat)
  • ½ cup fresh chives (half of a standard 20 gram container)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ a lemon, juice only
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried dill weed (ok to omit if you don't have it!)
  • Fresh black pepper, to taste
