Ingredients
  • 2 T Olive or Avocado Oil
  • 4 oz yellow onion, minced (about ¼ a large onion or ½ small)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 24 oz Ground Beef (recommend 85% for this one)
  • 1 15.5 oz can San Marzano crushed tomatoes (can use other brand, but I like this one!
  • 1 to 2 T tomato paste
  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Yellow Mustard
  • 2 T Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce (if you don't have I bet you can use some extra tamari or Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 to 2 T Brown Sugar Swerve
  • ¼ plus ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Tamari
  • 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
