The frosting is divine - a half recipe works very well for a 9x9' pan. I've never actually made the brownies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
- ¾ cup baking cocoa
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 6 tablespoons (3oz) butter, softened
- 2-⅔ cups confectioners' sugar
- ½ cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup full cream
