Mixed Berry Galettes (Aip, Paleo, Vegan)

  • ¾ cup palm shortening, frozen
  • 1 ½ cups Bob’s Red Mill Cassava Flour
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 TBSP maple or coconut sugar
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup - ½ cup ice cold water
  • 2 TBSP ice cold full fat coconut milk (optional, for browning)
