  • ½ cup ( 72.5 g) almonds

  • ½ cup ( 64.5 g) pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup ( 140 g) sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup ( 89 g) golden flax seeds
  • ½ cup ( 96 g) chia seeds
  • ¼ cup ( 28 g) golden flaxseed meal
  • ½ cup ( 40 g) whole psyllium husks
  • 3 Tbsp. ( 45 ml) coconut oil, , melted
  • 1 tsp. ( 5.7 g) salt
  • 1 ½ cups ( 360 ml) warm water (ideally about 100°F/38°C)
