Fresh Pasta with 20 Minute Sausage and Beef Bolognese Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 large (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ pound fresh pasta, such as pappardelle
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil
  • ¼ cup minced parsley, with some reserved for garnish
  • Grana Padano cheese, grated, for garnish
