Danielle's Parmesan Chicken
Parmesan-Crusted baked chicken breast

Ingredients
  • 2 large Chicken breasts
  • Pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ½ parmesan cheese
  • Italian bread crumbs to coat the top of the chicken breasts
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Cut chicken breasts in half and season with pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and place on a pan
  3. Combine mayo and Parmesan cheese
  4. Spread Parmesan mixture evenly across the tops of the chicken
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, keep an eye on it
Notes
  • You can salt the chicken breasts, bit between the mayo, cheese, and breadcrumbs, we didn't feel like it was a bit too salty when we did.
  • Next time, I'm going to try baking it on a rack: it was good on the rack, and the top got nice and crispy, but it made it smoke in the oven, and the rack will be hard to clean, so it's a tossup
