Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  • 24 oz frozen hash browns. (About 8 cups)
  • 16 oz cubed ham
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Add frozen potatoes, ham and cheese to large bowl. Toss to combine. Pour into 9x13 sprayed pan.
  3. In a large bowl whisk eggs with milk, Salt and pepper.
  4. Pour eggs over mixture in pan. Pat everything down.
  5. Bake 1 hour. Everything should be set and edges golden.
