Ingredients
  • ½ cup good quality mayo (I use Hellman’s)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 medium cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard I use and really like Maille Dijon
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon anchovy paste (or fish sauce) optional
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese I use Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 2 tablespoons good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • milk to thin if needed
