Single Girl Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
  • 1 serving (2 ounces, based on pasta package) Barilla Protein Plus Rotini Noodles, or noodle of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • ⅔ to ¾ cup Milk
  • ¼ tsp Mustard Powder
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese (I used Colby Jack and White Cheddar), or cheese of choice
