Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust (I used a DeLallo kit - THE BEST - and used half of the dough to make one pizza ring)
- ½ cup ricotta cheese (or cream cheese if you want a smoother texture)
- 15 to 20 meatballs (I used a store bought, yummy, clean-ingredient, pre-made chicken meatball)
- 1 to 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- dry oregano and sea salt for sprinkling on top
- marinara sauce for dipping
