Prince Edward Island Dynamite Lobster Dip
Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic, grated or very finely minced
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 serrano or jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Chopped scallions, to garnish
  • Sliced serrano or jalapeno pepper, to garnish
  • Lobster claws, to garnish
  • Sturdy crackers
  • Potato chips
